Alluria classic has a very dark red/ruby color, very bright and shiny.
On the nose it smells a lot of cherry syrup, and blackberry syrup.
On the palate it is full of wild berries, dark chocolate, cherry syrup, fresh acidity on the finish, with a long aftertaste
It goes well with aged cheese, salami, steak, grilled fish
